Hi, I'm looking for 2 roommates to sign a one-year lease for a 2B2B in a luxury apt building in Jackson Height. Prefer students or young professionals  with income proof or bank statements.


Rent: $3000 in total for us three. Mos likely it would be $1000 for secondary br; $850 for living room; &1150 for master br, negotiable.


Location: one min to Jackson Height metro station of line EMR; 10 min to mid-town Manhattan


Me: male, Chinese, mid-20s, working full-time in mid-town, graduated from NYU last summer
